At least every day you should have 'FIVE A DAY'.Your 5 A DAY forms part of a healthy & balanced diet. It can be a fruit or vegetable of your choice. They're a good source of vitamin C and potassium. They're an excellent source of dietary fibre, which helps maintain a healthy gut and prevent constipation and other digestion problems. Fruit and vegetables are also usually low in fat and calories.


TIPS:

Keeping heathy is a very important thing in life.Eating healthy fruit keeps you fit, by eating fruit you are eating things that are less in calories,therefore your eating without gaining weight.Have you ever seen the tv adverts about 5 a day fruit?  Getting your 5 a day is easy,heres a few tips on how.

  • At breakfast you could add some fruit to your cereal.Try to use some berries or bannana.
  • Frozen fruit and vegetables also count to your 5 a day.It will only take a few minutes to go and warm frozen peas,mixed vegetables  or mini corn on the cob.
  • Canned fruit and veg count too. It’s healthier to choose fruit canned in juice rather than sugary syrup, and veg canned in water without added salt or sugar.
